A: YES! I deal with several firearms distributors and can usually get whatever firearm the customer wants.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on items purchased out of state?
A: Yes, due to state requirements, all FFLs are responsible for collecting sales tax on items purchased out of state. An invoice is required to be presented to the FFL showing the cost of the firearm purchased (including shipping) so that the sales tax can be calculated and charged
